hey everyone this is Alek with the change your life diet i'm here sharing my weight loss tips with you so you can lose weight fast now in this video I want to answer the question what is the most important meal of the day well i'm going to surprise you it's not breakfast like everyone thinks it's actually dinner dinner is the most important meal of the day when you think about it in terms of weight loss so what you eat for dinner and your evenings rituals after dinner 100-percent determines whether you will gain weight lose weight or maintain your way so it's very important to focus your eating habits if you're interested in losing weight on your dinner meal and what you do after dinner now the most powerful thing you can do if you want to lose weight is have a healthy dinner consisting of nothing but vegetables pretty much go vegan for dinner ok you are allowed to eat whatever during the day it really makes no difference you're gonna burn it off because you're active and alive during the day you don't need to do anything in particularl you don't need to go to the gym and do cardio just don't lie around and vegetate on the couch all day so you will burn off whatever you eat early in the day but for dinner nothing but vegetables be vegan for dinner why because vegetables first of all they have they have a very high water content you're pretty much eating a lot of water and they fill you up they are highest in nutrient density and lowest and calories so you can eat a lot of a huge huge portion of vegetables and you can fill yourself up and you're giving yourself very very few calories and a lot of water now in my system the change your life diet i go into specifics about you know certain recipes and what meals to eat but i'm not going to get into that right now so you want me to help you know you want to eat an early dinner as early as possible if you give yourself enough time to fast in the evening and you also want to not snack afterwards so you want to fast in the evening time fasting in the evening time is the most powerful thing you can do to lose a lot of weight quickly now the other side of the coin when you answer the question of what is the most important meal a day is breakfast because breakfast it you know the traditional responses that whatever you eat it fuels your body you're giving your body fuel for the day which will get burned off and consumed now you know one slight thing to that is that with the way I look at it is breakfast time is your opportunity to eat whatever crap garbage food you want not that I'm saying you should be in that but it's an opportunity to eat unhealthy things just for psychological reasons and it's guilt free you get to get away with eating whatever you want guilt-free and it's like it's like having a psychological boost so when you're fasting at night and we're having that dinner which you know might not be the most enjoyable dinner you can always mentally think about that you're going to allow yourself to have a crazy meal for breakfast and even for lunch so there you have it i hope you liked this video I hope you click the like button please subscribe for future videos please leave me your comments your thoughts in the suggestion comment section below and also if you're interested check out my website to change your life diet.

Grind the mixture Now add a glass of water to this mixture Mix it again Pour it into a glass Add half a lemon to it You can garnish the drink with mint leaves Your drink is ready! Ingredients Heat one glass of water in a pan When water starts boiling, add 1 spoon of cumin seeds.

Boil it for 2-3 minutes, and slow down the gas.

Turn off the gas in 5 minutes and let it cool down Once the water is lukewarm, pour it into a glass through the sieve.

Add 1 spoon of honey and stir well Add half a lemon and 5 curry leaves Stir it well Your drink is ready! So let's talk about Day 3.

We share different videos with you every day every week.

We first shared Day 1, which becomes your week 1, then Day 2, which becomes your week 2.

Today we will share Day 3 with you, which becomes basically your week 3.

Day 3 is for those who can workout with ease.

Week 3 is for those who have never worked out before.

They are working on their stabilizing muscles.

Getting rid of soreness, then that becomes your week 3.

Otherwise it's your Day 3.

It's your 3rd day.

Remember stretch, stretch, stretch.

Start off your basic stretch.

When you are ready to go we are going to push.

We will keep telling Sukhi Ji and will keep sharing with you how many sets and repetitions to perform and will wrap up in the end.

Remember, stretch, stretch, stretch.

I always tell you stretch, don't hurt yourself, then you will poop on our wall.

They pile it up this big, believe me.

See when you bring a female model she acts as such, "oh my God, you talk so dirty".

and if it's a guy, he will say, "yo, I won't spare you, you poop on our wall".

Girls are like "oh my God, you talk so dirty, you are such a dirty boy".

ok.

"Taking the girl to college and to tuition, is their daily work, shining their car then picking up girls is the work of people with free time on their hands.

First exercise, we are going to do Jumping Jacks.

for those that are fit this may be strange for them, but those who have never worked out those ladies really understand that if you have never worked out before and you do a lot of jumping exercise you are going to end up peeing.

so make sure to wear a pad, so that you don't have to face an embarrassed incident.

First exercise, we will do jumping jacks.

Sukhi Ji do jumping jacks in front of the camera.

I will keep talking.

Perfect, nice and slow, breathe in from the nose and exhale from mouth.

Don't end up slapping me!!! move forward, we have such a huge studio.

Lets go.

You are going to take your hands up and clap, bring your feet down, you see what she does.

breathe in from the nose, breathe out from mouth.

This is your first exercise, you are going to do 25 jumping jacks and right away.

come Sukhi Ji.

then you are going to right away become a plank.

25 jumping jacks and right away you will become a plank.

butt down, breathe through your stomach.

Breathe through your stomach, breathe in from nose, and when you exhale tighten your stomach.

30 seconds, 1.

You will do 4 sets total like that.

You did 4 sets and 6-7 mins have passed by, then you take 1.

5 min break, drink some water, text someone "I am working out honey, I will be fine soon, oh my God".

Now lets go to our second exercise.

Your second exercise is called lunges.

When you perform such workouts at home, limited.

you have 4 limbs, 2 arms and 2 legs, so you will use them to your maximum benefit.

You will do lunges now.

Sukhi Ji, do you know how to do lunges.

Perfect! Key.

Do it again.

Your principle is that when you perform a lunge you will put maximum pressure on heel and your knee should not pass your toes.

Do it again.

Sukhi Ji.

So this is your second exercise, in this you will do a lunge.

That's 1, do it again on the other leg, and that's 1.

and that's how you will count, 1 with one leg, 1 with the other leg.

Then 2 and 2.

Then 3 and 3.

go ahead, keep doing.

yes, 3 and 3.

You will do 12 lunges like this for one leg, that makes 24 total lunges.

When you are done doing 12 right away you will do a V-sit, so it's a split.

We will do 2 or 3 exercises together.

Lay down on your back.

perfect, give me your legs.

ok.

straight.

Straight, straight straight.

Here we go.

Come up.

And that's it, breathe.

ok perfect.

Squeeze your stomach, squeeze your stomach.

So this exercise is called V-Sit or Russian V-Sit.

What you will do in this, keep your chest up, look up.

hands up.

chest out, here you go, perfect.

Drop your shoulders back, push out your chest, keep your back straight.

Keep your stomach tight and keep your legs straight.

If keeping legs straight is difficult for you, you can bend them a bit, it will be easier for you.

30 second, just like how you did planks, now you will do V-Sit for 30 second.

12 lunges, 12 lunges, 30 second V-Sit, drop, take a break.

Now that is your 1 set.

12 lunges, 12 lunges, 30 second V-Sit, take a break.

drink some water, then again text message someone, you know take your time, recover, recover.

That's for beginner, 3rd week.

For ladies who are use to working out, this is their 3rd day.

that's why we keep increasing the workout intensity.

Lets move on to your next exercise, in next exercise we will do mountain climbers.

We will do 4 sets of 50 Mountain Climbers.

What are mountain climbers? you will climb a mountain now.

You will bring your knees forward, bring it.

Lets do, 1.

back.

nice and slow keep doing it like this, nice and slow.

here you go, We turned up the key on Sukhi Ji.

Sukhi Ji has so much energy, she is like the Energizer Bunny.

Do it.

Look at that.

It goes with the flow.

so you will do 50 mountain climbers and right away you will do Side Plank.

Sukhi Ji, become a side plank facing the Camera with a smile, say hi to ZeeTV to give us a sponsorship.

And up.

So now you will do V-Sit.

And tilt your.

so this is your steering wheel, your hip bone.

You can adjust yourself according to where you want to feel.

Your side plank will target your lower abs.

But you can't just do half an hour side plank and think your stomach will come off.

All those pizzas that you ate aren't going to come off in 30 mins.

A pizza doesn't even get delivered in 30 mins, how is it going to come off in that time.

Sorry.

So this was your next exercise.

You will do 50 Mountain climbers and 30 second side plank on one side.

Then for 30 second on the other side.

So that's 1 min side plank all together.

Than you take a small break, then again 50 mountain climbers, 30 and 30 second side planks, then again 50 mountain climbers, you will make 4 sets like this.

Let's move on to your next exercise.

Your next exercise we are going to do 4 sets of 100 high knees.

Remember how we start high knees, in the beginning, for previous days we were doing 50 of them.

Promotion, promotion.

4 sets of 100 high knees Sukhi Ji.

Let's go.

Look at that, you should play Kabbadi, why are you coiled up in fitness.

4 sets of 100 repetitions.

Breathe in from nose, breathe out from the mouth.

Nice and slow, nice and slow.

Don't injure yourself, drink water, make sure you are well rested the soreness will come off easily.

That's it, take a break.

Do 100 repetitions, then take a 30, 40 or 45 second break.

Then do another 100 repetitions.

You will do 4 sets like this.

When all these are done, last exercise of the day, 4 sets 25 squats.

Lets go.

Bring it down.

Stretch, first you stretched.

You did 25 jumping jacks and right away you did 30 second plank.

4 sets.

Then you did 12 lunges for each leg, with it you did 30 second Russian V-Sit.

Remember, then you took a break and you keep going.

That's your second exercise.

Third exercise, 50 mountain climbers, 30 second side plank each side, 30 second side plank the other side.

then you take another break.

After that you did 4 by 100 high knees.

Again you took a break.

At the end 4 by 25 squats to wrap up your whole workout.

This workout will take you half an hour.

2 Cheat Days A Week & Still Lose Weight? It’s Possible! | Fasting Bro Talks – Episode 2

So I have 2 cheat days per week, on consecutive days, on the weekends, and I still lose weight.

I’ve been doing this for 12 weeks and counting.

Wanna know how?Alright, let’s dive into it.

If you’ve read my bio at fastingbro.

Com,I mentioned that I would usually gain a lot of weight after a vacation,and I would be lean again before the next vacation.

Here’s a photo from my last vacation in Bali, in September 2014.

As you can see, I’m pretty lean.

But compare that to this,captured in December 2014, at the Dino Expo in Jerudong, about 2 months after the vacation.

See the massive difference? So, it wasn’t until January 19th, on a Monday,before I started cutting back on my weight.

It sadly had reached 90 kilos at the time,or more, I didn’t care.

And I knew that was the worst fat gain everin the last 2 years.

Ever.

I was sad, and depressed.

So I sat down, I thought about a diet plan and a workout program, and since my next vacationwould not come until August 2015, I knew I had a lot of time to lose a lot ofweight.

So I came up with a tolerable diet plan, onethat will not have me worry about the types of food that I eat, as long as I lose weight.

My target was to lose 1 pound a week, and that would be a great progress.

And I also plan to have 2 cheat days a week, on the weekends.

Remember what I said about this being a tolerable diet? So, on weekdays, I fast for 23 hours, And I train fasted.

My post-workout meal wouldbe anything that I want to eat, as long as I’m on a calorie deficit.

I don’t even count calories, I just estimate the portion I eat a lot of things.

chicken wings, chicken legs, salmon, mackerel, prawns, beef lungs, nasi lemak, burgers.

Alright, let’s get to the real point here.

I already mentioned I eat anything I want on weekdays, combine that with 2 consecutivecheat days on the weekends, you must be thinking it’s impossible forthis guy to lose weight.

Well, the results? Taking my density trainingand HIIT cardio 5 days a week into the equation, so far, after week 12,I went from 90 kilos to 74 kilos, averaging 1.

4 kilos or 3 pounds per week lost.

All that, by eating whatever I want on weekdays as long as I'm on a calorie deficit, and eating about 7000-8000 calories of “dirty”food, in the space of 2 days.

So, how do you go about having 2 cheat daysto make sure you still lose weight? Well, I don’t think it really matters, butsince I fast on weekdays, I fast on the weekends too,because I love fasting, obviously because I’m the Fasting Bro.

I fast between 17-20 hours on the weekends, depending on my schedule.

Like I said, I don’t think it really matters, as long as you get right back on track the day after, you will be fine.

A word of caution though, having 2 cheat dayson consecutive days will make you bloated as hell, and your abs won’t look great.

Just remember though, it’s mostly waterweight from the simple sugars, the sodiums, and so on.

You will still lose fat while carrying the water weight, so long as you get back on yourdiet and exercise program the day after.

Oh and one more thing, if you weigh in on a dailybasis, unless you don’t mind dealing with the phsychological disappointment of seeingthe scale go up, I suggest you do your weigh in 4 days afterthe last cheat day.

By this time, most of the water weight willhave come off.

Cheat meals can help boost your metabolismbut moderation is the key.

A cheat meal can be taken every 10 days, 20days or 30 days depending upon your fitness level.

In this video, I will share with you 10 simpleyet effective CHEAT MEAL STRATEGIES that will help you stay on track.

So stay tuned.

Plan your cheat meal at least 1-2 days inprior.

If it is festive season, a wedding or a socialgathering is coming up.

So, it would be better to have cheat meal then.

Planning the cheat meal will allow you cutthe extra calories on that day before the cheat meal.

Obviously, you will eat far too much if youindulge in a cheat meal when too hungry.

Later, it can be really difficult to coverthe far too many calories consumed in the cheat meal.

This takes me to my third point.

For eg: You can have grilled chicken breastwith green salad and squeeze a lemon on it.

So after 2-3 hours when you will have yourcheat meal, you will feel satiated in a small amount.

This is because the pre-cheat meal proteinwill keep your cravings low.

If you will eat unhealthy high calorie foodthe whole day then these large amount of calories will hamper your next week’s progress aswell.

Moreover, Cheat days generally get convertedto cheat weeks and so on.

Cheat meal does not mean that you have Pizza, Burgers, Desserts, Drinks all at the same time.

Try to have one of these.

Save the rest two for your next cheat meal.

Because, as said before "Moderation is the key".

If you will eat whole cheese burst Pizza inone sitting, then your fitness goals are bound to suffer.

Now this is my favorite point.

When you are eating a cheat meal, enjoy it.

I mean do not eat it while you are watchingTV or in front of your laptop.

Look at it, smell it, chew it, eat it slowly.

After a long period of clean eating, thisis the meal that you truly deserve.

It is the reward for the effort you have putin.

Enjoy it.

Also, studies have shown that people tendto eat 25 percent more when they are distracted.

Since you have planned your cheat meal andso on that day put in extra effort while working out.

The point here is that the muscle glycogenshould get depleted.

This will minimize the bad effect of the caloriecheat meal that you will later consume.

This is because you will know what exactly is goingin your cheat meal.

If you eat in restaurants, that is ok butalways remember that they don’t care about your health.

Drink at least 1-2 liters more water on yourcheat meal day.

This will help flush out the excess sodiumfrom your body.
